"There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel. From the welcoming glass of fizz to the attentive beach staff. Everything is geared to making your vacation memorable. We stayed for two weeks late April, our room had the promised half sea view ( not a distant glimpse) it was spacious, spotless and comfortable the housekeeping staff working hard to keep it that way. Particular mention must be made of the breakfast team, they supplied an amazing array, all made to order and brought to your table ( no buffet bun fights here) with a cheery smile and conversation, setting us up for the day. The hotel has the added advantage of being close to old town. But sufficiently distant to leave you in the company of true local Cretans with plentiful taverna providing fresh fish meals. "

"We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights , it is very beautiful hotel away from the old town but equally not too far with 10 minutes drive from the old town which cost €12 by taxi. The hotel has got two heated swimming pool, right in the front of the beach , breakfast was excellent with wide variety of options, we did half board with dinner which I preferred open buffet as I am fussy eater , and there wasn’t alot of vegetarian options on the ordered menu, the staff everyone were very pleasant and helpful, the suit been serviced twice daily , I was very happy of my choice of the location of the hotel not in the heart of the old town as was my original plan.but slightly away from it ."

"The most amazing views and wonderful staff. The food is unmatched, always delicious and reasonably priced. We especially appreciated the gluten free options. Close to the beach and bus stop to get downtown. I will DEFINITELY be back! "

"This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!"

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."
