"This was the fourth time we stayed at this hotel. You cannot beat the pool and access to the ocean, but obviously the current management is not competent. The maintenance and service is not good and has really deteriorated from 3 yrs ago. I would rate this a 4 star 3 years ago, and maybe a 2-3 star now. With the exception of the excellent manager of the restaurant, Alberto, the staff has no idea what service is. For example, our reservation said our room included a microwave. It did not have...
