"We visited The Kings Arms hotel on a 3 night stay whilst motorcycling in the area. We were met by the friendliest member of staff who couldn't do enough for us, the room was a good sized, clean and very comfortable with 3 beds and a large modern bathroom. The evening menu had plenty of choice, sampling several options over the 3 nights, the food was excellent, i highlt recommend the haggis tower. After a good nights sleep we went to the restaurant for breakfast, various cereal, fruit and a Scottish staple porridge along with a full cooked Scottish breakfast again excellent. The bar has a good selection of beers lagers ciders and spirits. As a biker it was reassuring to know that hotels carpark was locked and secured overnight. Overall an excellent stay for bikers golfers or fishing clubs etc. "

"A very nice little hotel with tidy clean room with lots of little touches such as coffees, teas biscuits etc. Excellent evening meal at reasonable cost. Good breakfast with good choice. Friendly service and nice decor in dining room. Good location just off the A75 road."
