"The entire staff was PHENOMINAL! Our room was super clean, A/C worked great, great internet and quiet. Yes, tje rooms are small (did not affect us at all) and breakfast was super crowded both mornings (again, it did not bother us at all). We'll definitely being staying here again - customer service was top notch and the amenities were legit."

"A beautiful hotel located very close to the harbour gate entrance to the park. Our room was spacious. The breakfast buffet, although a little pricey was great with so many choices and cuisine types. My only complaint would be that the parking is far away and the parking shuttle bus is not super convenient, especially if you have luggage or small children."

"The hotel counter staffs are pretty nice and very helpful !!! They helped us solved the night view shuttle problem because of the language barrier. The lady, I forget her name, speaks English language fluently and always with smile .. very nice experience while we stay in New Nagasaki Hotel. "

"This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Huis Ten Bosch, as it's conveniently located right next to the park entrance. The service is exceptional and highly professional. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. There is a Family Mart inside the hotel. During our stay over the long weekend, the hot spring was quite crowded, but aside from that, I would definitely return."
