The entire property is composed of three villas, built in the typical Umbrian style, located in a well-maintained hill. You can enjoy an extensive and beautiful view of the valley and the hills. The property is suitable for up to 28 people. Every villa has its own swimming pool and outdoor areas to ensure privacy. There are also common areas where guests can share funny moments.

The first villa has a 14x7 meter pool. Next to the pool there is a large terrace with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue to eat near the pool and enjoy the panoramic views. The whole villa is furnished with fine furniture and all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. It is suitable for up to 10 persons (baby cot also available on request). There are 4 bedrooms each with own bathroom and air conditioning. The last two sleeps are on mezzanine (1,40 meter high, so we suggest for 2 children), also here air conditionig. On the ground floor there are: porch with table and banks, terrace with gazebo/table and chairs, well equipped kitchen with table for 10, living room, bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with own bathroom and the mezzanine area.

Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD/CD player and access to covered terrace, spacious kitchen with dining area. One double bedroom with a window overlooking the garden and en-suite bathroom with shower. Outside is a covered terrace with large table for dining.
First floor there are three double bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom with shower, mezanine with 2 single beds. Dining room with kitchen.

The second villa has 12x6 swimming pool. There are 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. There is also sofabed in the living room of the tower. Cot available on request. On the ground floor there are: porch for outdoor dining, well equipped kitchen with table for 10, 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, porch. The last room is in the tower and it has a cooking corner, dining area and single sofa bed.

The third villa has 10 x 3 meter swimming pool. The depth of the pool is 1,50 meter everywhere and it has also hydromassage on one side. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. Near the pool there are available a stone oven and barbecue. In front of the has there is a large covered porch with table and chairs.
The property is suitable for up to 6 persons. The whole property is on the ground floor and there aren’t steps so it’s also suitable for persons with walking issue (the house is not suitable for wheelchair users. On the ground floor there are: dining/living room with kitchen, bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom (toilet/shower), another bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, another bathroom with toilet/shower. The last bedroom lies on the western side of the building and there is not an internal connection with the rest of the house. This bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. There is not a bathroom so consider the persons sleep here have to make a 10 meter walk in the garden to reach the main door of the house.

Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchen, bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathrooms (shower/toilet) and air conditioning, bedroom (double bed) with air conditioning, bathroom with shower/toilet. Separate bedroom (no internal connection) with double bed and air conditioning.

The nearest restaurant/pizzeria (Al Leone) lies at 3,5 km from the property. Other nearby restaurants we suggest are Osteria Novecento (5,5km), Villa Selva (9km). The nearest winery (cantina Signae) is at 12km and there are many more around the old village of Montefalco (24km). To buy groceries, there is supermarket at 4km open all days from 8 in the morning to 8 in the evening (on Sunday only in the morning from 8am to 1 pm. If you like to buy food from local farmers we suggest Fattoria Luchetti and farmer Alessandro Ricci (near Papiano) for fruits and vegetables. There are also 2 fruits and vegetables shops on the road to Marsciano. Hospital at 3km (hope you will not need it…).
