"The house was clean and light. The backyard was big with lots of seating and a fire pit. (There was even room to play lawn games.) Inside, the couches and mattresses were comfy. The bath had a nice, deep tub. The kitchen was new and well-appointed. We were really pleased with the quiet surroundings and the short drive in to see the sights. It was a great family experience. Matt was a very responsive and accommodating host. Hope we can stay there again soon!"

"The home is lovely and in a great location. We come to Newport every year with our dogs and genuinely enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we alter the property manager the dryer was broken. They promised to fix asap but the dryer was never fixed during our stay. This is one of the key perks for a rental home vs a hotel for us. This deducting 1 star."
