"The house was in a nice neighborhood, an older part of Dayton. The neighbors we met were very nice. The house looked to be well maintained with a lot of room for everyone...we had 6 adults. There was a very large kitchen and thats where we like to hangout. We would rent this property again."

"Impressed in every way with this property. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with supplies, and very clean. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Location was central to many attractions. Outside areas were absolutely perfect for having morning coffee, drinks, and grilling out. Movie room was great for kids who had a ball. Highly recommend!"

"This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again."

"Just the right size and super clean. Description and photos all accurate. Everything I needed and more provided in the unit! Snacks and chocolates on the table and coffee and tea provided was a great touch! I had just 1 problem: my stay involved WFH for 3 full days. The walls are VERY thin and I could hear the neighbors very well when they were in their kitchen. "Not a bad weekend stay. Definitely an improvement over the hotel stays we typically have. Was nice for all to have their own rooms and beds. House was nice and had a few extras (tvs, pcs, yard, hottub, towels, etc). Beds were very comfortable. Surrounding area a little sketchy looking but we didnt have any issues. We were less than 10 minutes from all needs... groceries, candy store, ice cream shop, champions lake, gas, etc. "
