"We felt very comfortible at Little Byways and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the spacious and perfectly furnished house. The house is perfectly located for all the sites in this part of Cornwall. "We had a lovely stay here, the lock wasn’t working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant! Beds are comfortable and the sofa. A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. "The place was cheap, but I would say bad value for money for a number of reasons, outlined belowBad - black mould on bedroom curtains- Black mould in the bathroom- Loose wooden planks in the bathroom- Lots of Cobwebs in every room and in the cupboards, even immediately after checking in- Cabinet in bathroom was loose- Not enough toilet roll- No salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers- No bar or shop on site, despite this being advertised- No member of staff seen on site- Very poor...

"The actual property itself was ok not particularly comfortable for a family of four.The area is quiet though but steep as yiu can expect in Cornwall. There was no welcome pack and communication was non existent and therefore rating the whoke experience terrible. "
