This home is located near the town of Porec and offers a stunning view of the private olive groves and vineyards and of the wonderful countryside as well. Restaurants lie 1 km away, in case you want to experience fine dining while general supplies can be availed 3 km away, should you like to stock up your pantry. In case you have a car with you, a sea at 18 km and town center a bit farther can be reached within half an hour. This large fenced property also has a private terrace for lingering with a cuppa. There is a bicycle storage available in this property and so is parking.

Wir müssen den Hausbesitzer 1-2 Stunden im Voraus kontaktieren, um zu erfahren, wie weit wir unterwegs waren. Bei der Ankunft eine sehr süße Dame, die uns begrüßte. Das Haus war sauber Picco Bello! Ein großes, gepflegtes, gemütliches Haus. Ein schöner und gepflegter Garten und ein schönes Schwimmbad. Der Sohn des Besitzers reinigte den Pool zweimal pro Woche und erledigte alle Gelegenheitsarbeiten rund um das Haus, ohne Sie zu stören. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurde alles aus dem Schrank genommen, um uns zu helfen. Der einzige Punkt, auf den wir 15 Tage lang stießen, war, dass die Couch für uns drei eng war und dass es nur wenige Tassen und Gläser gab, die einen Tag überstanden. Sie sind ziemlich zentral in Richtung Porec und Rovinj. Die Natur ist unglaublich schön und die Lage wunderbar ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen

Prima erhalten. Schönes Haus. Ruhige Umgebung. In der Nähe ist nicht viel, aber es war zu tun, bekannt. Porec und andere Städte als „n 20 Minuten. Groß für, wenn Sie für den Rest suchen. Schöner Pool, die auch Zwischen gereinigt war. Aber zu wenig Gläser und Tassen für ein 6-Personen-Haus. Nur ein Glas Wein .... Freundlicher Besitzer Deutsch zu sprechen, tat das wiFi schlecht, aber am nächsten Tag repariert wurde und jetzt gibt es ein neues Modem.
