Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, railway station "Växjö" 45 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 185 km, sandy beach 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, lake Ygden. Fishing possibilities 2 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"Tingsmåla", 1-room house 30 m2. Practical and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 beds, 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. Small, open kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. View of the river. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. The boat is located approx. 400 m from the house. Freezer approx. 120 l (shared use).
