"We went to a concert, and decided to stay a couple of days. House location was great for what we needed. Everything was clean and very welcoming. Hot tub was great! Had a fire pit and grill which we did not use but was a nice option if needed."

"Excellent rental! Very roomy-lots of space to relax and dine. Beds and pillows were very comfortable-lots of extra towels and comforters. Kitchen was very well stocked with spices, olive oil, vinegar but no sugar or coffee pods to get started with. Loved the big bag of ice in the freezer!! Walkable to tennis/pickleball courts which we enjoyed every day. Walkable to the beach if you don't mind going up and down a very big hill. I would definitely stay here again"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First vacation in new hampshire in many years..always used vrbo but tried this company...location was great..house was not clean, septic overflowed a few times....mouse urine and droppings in the couch..should have been checked out...

"The resort was clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were extremely nice. If had to offer words of improvement/advice, it would be to upgrade the rooms with keyless entry access, firmer mattresses, and a larger TV. Otherwise, I would visit this resort again. "
