Beach - Sun apartament - Playa Puerto del Carmen

Sun-Beach Apartment, is located 100 metres from Playa Grande and Avenida de Las Playas in Puerto del Carmen, its excellent location will allow guests to enjoy peace and quiet, but having all the services and beach area within a minute's walk.
The property is distributed on one floor, in which we find, living room-kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom, indoor terrace with barbecue and outdoor terrace. The flat has wifi.

Puerto del Carmen is located on the southeast coast of Lanzarote. It is one of the main tourist centres of the island, ten minutes away from the airport, and visited every year by many tourists who are looking for a perfect place for their holidays on the island of Lanzarote.
Puerto del Carmen lacks nothing: water sports, beautiful beaches, a variety of shops, hiking trails, flats, bicycle paths, bars and restaurants, a zoo... The offer of activities in this locality is one of the most complete on the island.
The area has 8 kilometres of beach. This makes it one of the most attractive areas of the island if you want to enjoy the beach in peace and quiet and with the best services: sunbeds, toilets, promenades, shops, restaurants... Everything in this town is designed for the visitor to spend an idyllic holiday.

The accommodation is well communicated both by car and public transport. There is a bus stop five minutes walk from the duplex. You will be able to move by public transport to all areas of the island. The airport is 8 km away and Arrecife (capital of the island) is 16 km away.
The Biosfera Shopping Centre (open-air shopping centre with sea views), cafés, bars, supermarkets, chemists, banks, the Varadero area and Playa Chica are just a fifteen minute walk away.
In this accommodation you will be able to enjoy not only the comfort and privacy it offers, but also all the leisure centres of Puerto del Carmen without the need for a car and if you wish to enjoy and get to know the rest of the island, its location is perfect for this.
