This private, wooded vacation home is just down the road from the Waterville Estates Recreation Center and is an easy drive to many New Hampshire attractions and activities.  Park above and walk down the stairs to the entrance of this property into the foyer.  Here you'll have a bedroom with a bathroom and the open layout has a fully equipped kitchen and family room with a wood stove making this a cozy space that lends enough room to sleep up to 6 adults or families of 8. The 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms with A/C units and another full bathroom.   Great spot for your family to enjoy the White Mountains.

Waterville Estates Recreation Center offers one complimentary guest pass per property.  This pass allows you to have additional guests for a fee of up to $20/day for adults and $10 for children 8-17

This Vacation home is conveniently located close to exit 28 where it's an easy drive to many attractions and activities. Just minutes away from the Waterville Valley Resort you'll find the local outfitters to help you traverse all of the local mountains and float the local rivers. Looking for more adventure, take Snow’s Mountain Chair lift for a fun mountain bike ride down during the warmer months! Clay tennis courts and golf are open to the public through the Fall Season.

A short 25-minute drive will bring you to the Loon Mountain ski area where you will find even more outdoor adventures beyond the ski trails. From zip-lining, Whales Tale Water Park, and Clark's Trading Post to the Lost River, and Loon Mountain Aerial Park outdoor adventures are always just around the corner. Each year travelers from all over visit the Squam Lake Science Center and the magic that is the Ice Castles!

This area is also home to many festivals, concerts, and events throughout the year.
