This well-hidden 3-level 5300 sq.ft. property offers 5 bedrooms, a study, 5.5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, a game room and a sizable hill-side deck with a 5-burner gas grill. The main level kitchen is equipped with a professional gas range and hood, adjacent dining room offers seating for 10. The main level also offers a master bedroom with access to the deck. The second level offers another master bedroom with a mountain view worth of a masterpiece, two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each, and a sizable private suite. The suite comprises a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom including an air-bathtub, and a private office. This beautiful home was the perfect fit for three families. Easy drive to Waterville Valley for skiing. We enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and cooking in the spacious and well equipped kitchen after skiing.

Beautiful home for our extended family to gather for my sons wedding. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Teens and young adults enjoyed the basement with pool table and ping pong. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds- in fact 3 family members took note of the mattresses to buy for their own homes. :-)

Fantastic house with an amazing view. This was certainly one of the best rental properties that I’ve stayed in. The house was very clean, modern, and had all the amenities that you could ask for. Plenty of room for a larger group. The owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions on check-in. Highly recommend this house for a mountain vacation.

We stayed at this property with friend to see the White Mountains and enjoy the Fall foliage. The property was at a perfect location, super clean, almost new, with lots of space and high-end features. The kitchen and the outdoor grill were very comfortable to cook for a large group (12 people). We enjoyed the sauna and had lots of fun in the game room. The host, Yakov, was very friendly and fast in communicating and helped our stay be more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and go back again!

House is spacious and equipped with everything you can think of in the kitchen. There is a mini-pool table and ping pong table in the lower level Rec room. Extra towels and paper goods came in handy. The host was extremely responsive, and he provided all the information we needed.

We loved our stay at this house. It was very modern and super clean with many thoughtful amenities, like heated towel racks in the bathrooms, a sauna, usb chargers in the bedrooms and computer desks for those who needed to do some work. Yakov was a great host, he responded quickly to every request and was easy and pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room and the beautiful view of the mountains from the windows. As we there to ski, Yakov recommended a nice ski rental 10 minutes from the house that was on our way to Loon mountain. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back another time.

We were thrilled to be able to all gather for a family wedding at this beautiful home. Communication with the owner, Yakov, was easy, and he was very responsive. For example, the code to enter was not working upon our arrival. Yakov immediately answered my text and remedied the issue. The home was immaculate and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need (note: traditional coffee maker and a french press, no Kuerig) The bedrooms were large and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

House was great. Nice location, beautiful view and lots to do for everyone at the house. Game room was filled with lots of games. All the rooms including the bedrooms were spacious. Went to Thornton for a baby shower for my niece, the house was big enough for all 7 of us and more. The host has more "extras" in the house than most of the VRBO homes or condos I have rented in the past. The laundry room had extra bed sheets and towels, pantry had extra toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen had cabinets that had random items in them, coffee, sugar, condiments etc. Can't say enough about this house and host. Will definately stay again.

We enjoyed a great ski week here in February. A short ride to Waterville Valley Mountain with all of the bells and whistles after a long ski day. This home could easily accommodate three families with kids - three master bedrooms with bathrooms attached and plenty of additional bedrooms and sleeping/hangout spaces for the kids. It really is a special home and we hope to stay here again next year. Many thanks to our hosts, Yakov and family.

The house is very, very spacious making it as great place for larger groups. the kids loved the game room in the basement. Everything is new and very clean. Good location to lots of fun activities. The host was very responsive. Definitely a lovely home for a cozy family trip!
