"Very welcoming comfy cottage. Exceptional well-equipped kitchen, quality items, everything you could need. Comfy beds and much appreciated welcome package. Only downside is access to parking - could benefit from dropped kerb plus we had a car parked across the road all the time we stayed, making access a little difficult. However, overall a recommended stay."

"Bright, spacious & in a lovely location. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. There were chocolates & wine on arrival. Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. The maintenance man attempted to fix it on day 1 & day 2 without success, but since we were only there 3 nights, we didn't bother ringing him on day 3. Also, nowhere to dry wet...

"The cottage and garden were perfect for us, loved our surroundings, peaceful walks with the dogs ( tho they became a little noisy with other dog walkers). The biggest dissapointment was distance to the beach and trekking over the sand dunes. Not a problem if we were all 10yrs younger, but overall beautiful. "

"Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area. The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit. The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...

Parking tight against house but managed to get a space daily apart from one occasion. We love area, sandringham, brancaster, old hi stand Tom, rose and crown in the village and thornham deli particularly good"

"We had a wonderful holiday in Vine Cottage. Karen and Andy are great hosts and the cottage is in a perfect location for exploring north Norfolk. The cottage is very comfortable and clean and also has lots of character. We would definitely stay at Vine cottage again."

"We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again"

"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...
