"Very convenient for M5 and Taunton itself. Great parking. Hotel was quiet. Good basic food in evening and for breakfast. Buffet breakfast dishes replenished regularly. Room was fine, just a few niggles.....only one tea bag which seemed a bit mean - I am sure I could have requested more from the front desk! Bathroom a little tired but adequate."

We did not stay for breakfast as we we had to travel on early next day but the tea we had in the garden was lovely. The thatched guest house was in easy access for walks & visit to Sidmouth.
