The air conditioning is only in the upstairs, which is two of the bedrooms. We couldn't tell if it was working properly because it seemed much warmer than the temperature setting. The water heating is set to only come on at certain times of day. This caused a problem when some of us wanted to shower in the evening, but eventually the owner gave...
