A 2BR/2B (2 master suites) Durham Courtyard Villa at Phillips Villas in the Village of Woodbury with a whole house water filtration system. Everything was purchased new when bought villa four years ago - furnishings, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, linens and fully equipped kitchen.

Open kitchen, dining and living room floor plan. Large eating bar with four stools and dining room table for six. Two master suites with king size bed in the master and queen in second bedroom. Master bath has walk-in shower and second has tub with shower. Walk-in master closet. Luxury vinyl plank floor in living area, kitchen and bathrooms. Both bedrooms have carpet.

Ceiling fans and wall mounted Smart TVs in each bedroom. Smart 60” TV with DVD player in living room. High speed internet, color printer and monitor available if you have to work. Electric fireplace. Two love seat recliners in living room.

Comfortable screened lanai with dining table and chairs for four off living room and master bedroom. Full size washer/dryer in one car garage with golf cart space. Electric grill for outside use on patio. Café table and chairs on back patio for meals.

Close to Nancy Lopez and Glenview Country Clubs in Village of Woodbury. Less than a five-minute cart ride to Mulberry Shopping Center, Publix, Citizens Bank, Walgreens, gas station, VA Medical Center and half a dozen restaurants (Beef O'Brady's, Subway, etc.). A 10-minute car ride to Spanish Springs and the Savannah Center. One street from neighborhood pool and a 5-minute golf cart ride to Mulberry Rec Center with sports pool.

Four passenger gas Club Car Golf Cart. Guest Lifestyle IDs available for $50.00, to be paid by Renter at time of pickup. The villa has everything you need and more; just unpack your suitcase and relax. Welcome to our villa!

All taxes, utilities, cable HDTV, high speed internet, trash, lawn service, and golf cart with roadside assistance protection included.

Rental Policy:
Full Rent and Security Deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival.
$500.00 Deposit/Security (refundable).
$125.00 Cleaning Fee.
