"As the motel was full the parking for the guests is a little tight and I found it a little difficult to reverse out of my parking space to head out for dinner in the evening especially as the guest behind me had a big vehicle, which took up more space. On return I found it difficult to use the same parking spot so just parked in another spot. No problem. Otherwise the motel is perfect, within walking distance to the Civic theatre, and close to the shops. You could actually walk if you wanted. "

"Excellent property and great communication. Best place for absolute quietness and quality. We wanted to climb the Rock at The Rock and this heritage cottage was the perfect location."

"Had another excellent staff. This time we brought our pet and stayed in a suite with a small yard. The suite provided excellent space and was super comfy. We had a couple of small maintenance issues that were quickly rectified by the staff. The suite comes with a King bed and also a full sized fridge/freezer. One small thing - the suite only comes with two towels. We asked for a couple of extras and were provided these on request on the second day, but they were again removed on the following day. In my view, a suite should come with maybe 1-2 extra towels. The Hotel is so conveniently located within walking distance of just about everything. We normally just park and walk everywhere once we’ve arrived. The onsite destination EV chargers are excellent and so convenient. We had in-room breakfast on Sunday. The food was of an excellent standard and presentation. Would definitely recommend! Can’t wait for our next stay. "
