Casa Mulas ground floor is a beautiful house part of a structure of two apartments with private access to the beach and surrounded by a garden consisting of an orchard, a vineyard and an olive grove overlooking the mountains and the sea of Marina di Tertenia.
At your disposal, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, a double bedroom, a twin room and a room with a bunk bed.
In the living area you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, sofa in the dining room with TV. The outdoor spaces, shared with the tenants of the other unit, include private parking, barbecue area, outdoor shower and a beautiful relaxation area overlooking the surrounding countryside and the sea. Just two minutes walk through a private access you can reach the beautiful beach "de su pretu".
The hotel is air conditioned and has free WIFI.

It is strongly recommended to visit the area by car or motorcycle because of the lack of public transport.

The Marina di Tertenia is perfect for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday. The coast is characterized by a great variety of landscapes, from cliffs overlooking the sea, to beaches with pebbles, to coastal trekking trails. In the area there are two main beaches with fine sand and shallow water: Foxi Manna and Foxi Murdegu. In the area you can find kiosks offering food service by the sea, restaurants, pizzerias and two supermarkets. The main village of Tertenia is 10/15 minutes by car and here you will find all the remaining services such as ATM, petrol station, post office and further restaurants and supermarkets.

Guests are informed that on arrival at the hotel they must show their documents and give in cash the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights, mandatory for stays from May 1st to October 31st
