"This was a very clean and well maintained property. The pool is beautiful and the yard is very nice with olive trees and lavender gardens. We stayed in one of the Deluxe Suites and it had a nice queen bed, private covered patio with double screen doors and was very clean and modern. There are 11 rooms at this hotel. "What a great place this is. We were looking for somewhere outside of Rome to be able to go to the beaches-coast and wineries and not too far south and clean, this place checked all the boxes. The hosts were very welcoming and kind and the property is gorgeous. (You'd need a vehicle to stay here). They have recommended restaurants near by and fast wifi. I think the only extra that would have been nice (although maybe they do if we had asked), is if they had wine glasses and a corker in room. And...

"The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. "My husband and I and our grown children came to Terracina for our grand daughters baptism. We are not beach fans but we loved the pool. Our host was so pleasant and welcoming. I have mobility issue so the many steps were a challenge but the view from the top was well worth it! We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate on the terrace overlooking the water and the city.
