What is interesting is the contrast between the elegant furnishings and the raw walls that would be renovated with lime and sand, creating a calm atmosphere. The bedroom is in the same large room as the living room. In the kitchen with dining table there is a 3.5 m sliding window.

My son lives on the ground floor of the house.
He speaks German, Spanish and some English.
The house has the morning sun until noon, in the winter afternoon lies in the shadow of the mountains. There is a small sitting area where the sun shines a little longer.
The house is 7 meters above a narrow, small country road and can be reached via 25 steps.
There is a neighboring house on each side, but they are not inhabited.
There are 2 cats outside who like to be petted.
