The ground floor apartment features a modern and compact kitchen, comfortable open plan living/sleeping area and a bathroom with a bath and shower overhead. The perfect bolt hole for a couple, 1 Sparta House is just moments away for 3 stunningly beautiful sandy beaches and a wonderful choice of restaurants, pubs, cafes and local stores. Take a boat trip out to sea or enjoy a spot of golf on the clifftop course. For walking enthusiasts, head north along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and discover the charming village of Saundersfoot (4.5mi), enjoying stunning panoramic sea views along the way

Beds:  1 Double.
Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen, living area electric fire and views over Tenby North Beach and harbour, sleeping area and bathroom with shower over bath. 
Kitchen and utilities:  Compact kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, wash basin, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. 
Entertainment: TV's in living and sleeping area. Wi-Fi available.
Outside:  No outside area. 
General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed on furniture.
No smoking  inside the cottage.
Parking: There are no parking facilities at the property. Parking can be found at a nearby multi-storey car park where daily tickets are available.
Notes: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Disappointing Birthday getaway

As we did not actually stay at the property due to its' condition we cannot really comment. I am in touch with Wales cottages/Original cottages and they have informed us that we will be receiving a full refund for our planned trip. They said that as the booking was made with yourselves that the refund should come from you. Please advise. We didn't stay at the property as it was dirty and definitely sub standard.We drove all the way back home instead.
