"I thought I would not be able to locate a home in this area to attend nearby functions. Thanks to Katie Foley’s accommodations we were able to comfortably accommodate 8 and one pup. There are blow up beds (did not need) and a pullout couch. At first glance I was worried due to the small cozy feeling of the home. The yard is great and fireflies were flying. "we were very pleased with the house. the kitchen could have been stocked a little better with cooking Items. It was clean but there were some spiders in the house. ( Of course to expected at the lake.) All and All we enjoyed our visit and fishing off the pier .. We will be back"

"Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions. "A really great place to spend time with friends and family. Great fishing all around and even from the back yard! Nice big comfy couch for mid day naps, and fast WiFi. Has a perfect view of the sunset over the lake. We were able to use the boat ramp to launch/ load 4 boats. It’s steep, but the concrete is “grippy” and we had no issues with it just take your time.
