First response “ Hotel is sold out so we can’t help you “ So I offered to check out immediately with or without a refund! That magically got me a room on a higher floor with a better view. This happens every time!!! Please take it up with Marriot as the rates were the same on their site and at the hotel. So why such pathetic treatment to HOTELS.COM guess???"
