The place was cozy, very well maintained, clean, and came stocked with virtually everything we could’ve needed. Communication with Fernando was quick and concise, yet thorough. "Great location, clean, comfy bed, I'd book again. Parking is a bit of a juggle but the owner gives you info before hand to navigate the parking lots making it easier. Given the location, that would not deter me from renting again. You can tell that the owner is very attentive in making sure your stay is comfortable. "

"My 19-year-old son and I stayed at the Sunburst Retreat when we were in town for a tour of Kansas University - Lawrence. The location was perfect - it was a short walk to campus and Mass Street, where the shops and restaurants are located. I love how it is decorated, and it was great for us to each have our own rooms and also a living room to hang out in together. Highly recommend! If my son ends up going to KU this would be a great home base for future visits."
