"Great property right on Lake Arbutus! It was great to have a dock available to fish off & tie up the boat our group brought along. Also plenty of toys for the kids to enjoy on the sandy beach. A minimum of mosquitoes was a major bonus! Cheryl was very responsive to any questions/concerns which was greatly appreciated. Plenty of room to sleep & play for several families! Hoping to return sometime in the future."

"Beautiful location right on the Black river with fairly easy canoe access (steep but short hill to maneuver the canoe up and down but steps right down to the water). The listing says one bedroom, but it is large and with two queen beds. Owner is really responsive and helpful as well!"

"Was able to park my trailer pretty much right outside my room. Let us check in early as our room was ready. Good food and breakfast in the little bar and grill. Pool was working and clean. Will stay again "
