"More like a 4 star hotel. Welcome was nice and initially rooms looked nice. However, shower door kept falling off half way through stay. Had to keep asking for complimentary bottled water - should be enough given everyday. Was told had to ask for it before 5pm otherwise you pay. Wide variety of food at buffet, but got monotonous after a few days - recommend eating at local tavernas. The waitresses were very quick to clear plates to the point they'd remove plates you hadn't finished eating. Hotel was extremely quiet over May half term so not many activities for the kids. The gym facilities were excellent."

"Walked into my room filled with roaches from hallway to bathroom and bedroom. Got room changed and still bugs crawling. No breakast as stated. I was given a box of cereal and choc milk and oj with crackers. Also no receptionist. My key was left at desk with no prior notice they would do so. I had to call and inquire about how to check in. "

"Property is located in a very good spot in front of the sea. Rooms are spacious and nice. Only negative factor is that if it’s crowed you can hear almost everything. Apart from that the breakfast is served on a box and given to the room which contains a few basic items. Friendly staff."
