Run, do not walk away from this rental
My husband and I have done a great deal of traveling throughout the years and this villa is one of the worst places we have ever stayed! The listing shows a washing machine for your clothes in the kitchen but in fact, it's actually on the roof which was fairly inconvenient since it rained during most of our stay. It would also be hard for someone with mobility issues. The induction cooktop did not work the entire time (we contacted the host about this) and the small "toaster oven" barley could warm a piece of bread. We basically had the use of a microwave. We also contacted the host about all the spiders that were in the villa and he never responded. The main bathroom does have a shower but it's a "hand held" with no hook to support it while you try and shower. We just used the hall bath. Please note, the sofas are built in and they are made from concrete so they are extremely uncomfortable. Every rental we stay in offers AT LEAST a bottle of water or wine at check in and usually there is salt/pepper and olive oil just to get you started. This rental offers none of those things.....not even a roll of paper towels. It was very disappointing and we would not want others to have the same experience we did.
The neighborhood is good for walking and eating and the small yard is nice if you have kids or a pet. That's about all we can say that's positive! Sorry, we never write negative reviews because we want to be fair. This place needs a lot of attention.
