"This is a great hotel for a few nights' stay for a traveller. It's literally next door to the Grosseto train station and just a few blocks' walk to the walled center city. It is lovely, has great, helpful staff, is clean, quiet and secure - with a 24-hour desk person who keeps the room keys while you're out. Breakfast buffet is extensive and high quality -- worth the price. Overall, great value!"

"This cute hotel is a 1-minute walk to the beach! It is a little outside of central Follonica, but totally walkable. We are a family of three and we walked to town every night for dinner and gelato. We also walked to and from the train-station with heavy backpacks. They do have bikes to rent at the hotel, and Follonica provide small trains after 17:30 that take you to and from town until midnight. Very clean and great buffet breakfast! Would highly recommend! "

"What can we say??? Grazie Grazie Grazie! What an amazing week! Camilla went over the top in communication and even helped us arrange a special birthday dinner for my husband with a local cook at the villa ! The pool was fabulous and the air conditioning much appreciated in both bedrooms. Kitchen was perfect. We sat outside on the beautiful patio every night and played games and drank Italian wine. The view is to die for! It was so hard to leave. The book Camilla left in the villa had great ideas for our visit and we went to a couple. Wish we could have stayed a month! "

"What an amazing place I hope to get back here next year again everybody was super nice. Property was super nice. It is quite relaxing. Great food apparently a great wine as well but I don’t drink. I highly recommend anybody to go."
