"We stayed at DarZahia for 3 nights in November. Zahia (the owner) was not there but sent us a number of emails in advance with things to do in Taroudant and the vicinity, which was really helpful. The staff working there Belaïd and Fatima were excellent, really friendly and made us feel at home- Belaïd was really helpful showing us around town and Fatima's food was superb. "We had a fabulous week at this property. It is beautifully and tastefully designed and decorated. The staff were discreet and helpful, they cooked all our meals and did a very good job, the Pastilla is definately worth a try. The pool is a great size and the family spent many fun hours in it. We used the bikes to cycle round Taroudant and enjoyed a drive up the Atlas mountinas Tizi and Test pass as well as visiting Tiout Oasis where they filmed Ali Ba Ba and the 40 theives. "The apartment lighting is bad. The stove wouldn’t light. I couldn’t warm my take out food. And the pictures on the Expedia site aren’t reflective of the actual apartment. In fact it was located in a completely different area from the address listed on Expedia."
