" Room service was excellent. Food was absolutely fantastic. No pool or fitness center. Right downtown and you could walk to an array of shops and restaurants. Beggars all over the place. We were approached more than 30 times in one hour sitting outside at a street restaurant. So after that we just ate and had cocktails in the hotel bar and restaurant. The staff was extremely attentive and the food was great with a huge variety. The only complaint I had at this hotel was that you could not charge anything to you room. You could not even leave a credit card at the front desk. The only way you could charge anything to your room was to deposit $5000.00 pesos and they would reimburse you for the difference back to your card but it would take up to 3 weeks to show up. Would I stay there again? Yes, because of the location and the food and especially the service. You do have to park about a block away in a secure covered parking lot. I think you can get closer parking if you ask for it ahead of time. However, don’t book it through Hotels.com. It is substantially cheaper if you book it directly with the hotel."

"Looked better in pictures—wasn’t as close to Zocolo as expected. All the staff at the front desk was Excellent!!! The wifi was terrible-even after the front desk put Bri on housekeeping. Not thrilled with resteraunt—had to tell them how to make a curb libra. Club sandwich good—breakfast buffet interesting. Not gringo food!!!! Chocolate milk excellent. "
