Rules and Regulations:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 8 people including visitors, infants, and children. Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 3 cars max.

This home is located at Northridge Community at Camelback.

Indoor Comfort:
This 1,530 sq. ft. beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse offers comfort for all ages, providing a perfect blend of modern convenience and cozy charm.

-Upstairs, the Master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and another smart TV.

-On the main floor, Bedroom #2 features a queen-size bed, and Bedroom #3 boasts bunk beds (top twin/bottom full) along with a smart TV.
-TVs are thoughtfully placed in 2 out of the 4 bedrooms.

The open floor plan seamlessly connects the dining area to the patio deck, where you can take in the Pocono greenery. Our well-equipped kitchen comes with a convenient coffee bar. And when the evenings turn chilly, gather around the charming stone fireplace and enjoy the winter view through the wall of windows.

The downstairs game room is a real treat, featuring:
A professional-grade JOOLA Rally TL Indoor Table Tennis Table (Ping Pong) for thrilling matches.
A theater-like experience with a giant 75” TV and top-notch sound quality.
Sink into 2 huge bean bag chairs for ultimate relaxation.
Sip a drink at the vintage barrel bar, equipped with a mini-fridge and a smart TV.
Challenge each other with our provided XBOX and 2 controllers (don't forget to bring your own XBOX games!).
We've also got a selection of family board games that everyone can enjoy!
Please note, we've removed the dart board for safety reasons.

Super cozy home in a great location

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean and had plenty of room for 7 of us. So cozy with great views. We lit the fireplace daily and played games or just relaxed. Great location. A couple of minutes from the mountain which was awesome for skiing and other activities. We felt comfortable and safe in this home. Great place for a vacation!

We had the BEST time during our weekend getaway! The house was amazing and accommodated all eight people with beds. We were amazed at how close the mountain was! Amanda was great and communicated with us whenever we had any questions. 10/10 would recommend!

Not what it seemed

The front of the property is not the entrance. The entrance is a downward sloped trail to the very steep staircase on the side of the house. It sleeted when we were there and due to the steep slippery stairs we were unable to exit the house from the staircase. We had to go through the garage and my young granddaughter went down the treacherous staircase. Had it not been for her we would have been held captive in the house until the next day when the ice melted. Many lightbulbs were out and the light switches make no sense . In the future a garage door opener should be included so you can get out via the garage. House had poor layout and basement was always cold no matter what we did.

The house was beautiful - inside was super clean, plenty of space for all of us to sleep and hang out . Our kids loved the basement with the ping pong table, games and huge tv with Xbox . Super close to Camelback - within 3 minute drive . Lots of shopping around as well . Host was very responsive with any questions before our trip .. pleasure to deal with . The house has everything we needed for our trip - from all kitchen items to soap in the bathrooms - no need to pack any of that stuff ! Will definitely stay again in the future !

I loved everything about the home it was all as pictured. Amanda was so helpful and readily available to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. Loved everything about this trip. Your gps however will take you to the wrong house lol but Amanda made sure we got there with no issues. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home it was def a pleasure and relaxing atmosphere.

Home away from home

Our family loved staying here. The teenagers have asked if we can go back every year! The house was so close to the slopes which was really helpful when we were exhausted from snowboarding. The coziness in the house makes you feel like you are home. The decorating is lovely, the layout allows for together time and alone time and the hosts provided so many extras!! Thank you, Amanda, for such a wonderful home for our vacation.

Fantastic Home, Great Location, Great Property Manager

My family and I had an amazing time at this rental. The location was great, close to many Restaurants, Brewery’s and attractions. The house was very clean and well maintained, it felt like we were at home. Plenty of towels, bedding, cookware, and other household necessity’s. Lots of space for good family fun. We love this rental so much that we are already talking about doing a long weekend in the future.
