MBR toilet light was faulty - bathe in the dark 2. Common toilet heater was not working - if use to shower, bathe in cold water 3. Sheets cleanliness - felt that it was dusty as had a few sneezes after climbing into bed. Overall, terrible communications leaving you as a foreigner stranded without a place to rest. "Had to ask safety guy for code to the appartment since was never shared with us. Kitchen utensils very limited, we had to contact to get extra spoons and plates. Kitchen light wasn’t working and wasn’t repaired in 6 days. "

"I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment and everything was generally in order. However, I encountered a few issues, such as a stuck sliding door in the master bedroom, toilet flushing problems in the junior master and a non-working TV. I reported these through the QR code and most of the issues were promptly resolved. Additionally, my child accidentally peed on the bed and when I informed the staff, they were very understanding and did not charge me for cleaning. The apartment also had a washer-dryer which was extremely useful. Parking was plentiful and free which was a great convenience. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would love to return again!"
