Two full baths, master split with private full bath. New furniture, new appliances, Roku TV's in two bedrooms and large flat-screen in living room with soundbar. Fast internet. Great private tropical back yard with shaded patio and grill. Security system and driveway for 3 cars. Location is central - Airport (25 mins), Busch Gardens & Adventure Island (15 mins), downtown (10 mins ), Bay beaches (20 mins), Gulf beaches (45 mins), USF & UT (15 mins ), Zoo (10 mins ). Lovely Spot

We were in town for a week painting murals and this was the perfect place to return to after a hot day of work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a low key and comfortable spot.

This cozy house had plenty of room, the colors where very Florida fresh, we enjoyed our stay very safe easy to come and go. The house was very open and relaxing. Bertha and Sydney were very sweet hosts. Would stay there again.

Perfect long week-end

My girl friends and daughters went over to Tampa for my 60 BDay celebration. This home was convenient to all we wanted to do and perfect for a girls week-end. I especially loved out back set-up for my early morning coffee (didn't have to wait the kids up LOL) and a visit from a couple cardinals to make me feel special. Beautiful home and property

Sydney and Berta were very welcoming in providing us with details about their home and the surrounding area! The home was very spacious, clean , comfortable and relaxing. At times we just wanted to stay on the property because it felt like a vacation in itself. The kitchen was equipped with all beautiful appliances and cookware. Shopping area was only minutes away. We were nearby to all attractions and definitely playing tourist on most days. I highly recommend this beautiful property with all the comforts of home! Perfect atmosphere for a family getaway!
