Cozy townhouse near Tampa Bay

This two-story townhome is located off of Apollo Beach Blvd. in the community of Anchor Point. It has two bedrooms upstairs; one master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet plus en-suite bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds with a full bath located next to it. All linens are provided. A laundry area is also located upstairs. There is a first floor half bath and a hall leading to an open newly remodelled kitchen and living area. The couch in the first floor living area converts to a double bed. There are three televisions; one in each bedroom and in the living room. Free WiFi available to guests. A screened lanai leads to the heated community pool. This beautiful community offers direct access to Tampa Bay via canals. You are a short walk to Circles restaurant and an outdoor tiki bar...a favorite of locals. Finns Dockside Grill is also a few blocks away. This rental is for 30 days,(29 nights) minimum and available from June 2025 through December 2025. No smoking . Small pets allowed, up to 25Lbs. Due to the homeowner's association at Anchor Point the potential renter must complete an application for rental. This process requires two weeks.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy townhouse for 3 months. Like our home away from home, everything was there that we needed. The owners were so nice, very responsive to any questions we had and very helpful. The location was nice and quiet, everyone is friendly. My husband loved the pool. Would definitely recommend this place.😊

Comfortable and convenient condo

We enjoyed our 3 month stay at this condo. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The location was super with easy access to restaurants and shopping. We loved the pool and easy parking. The owner was fantastic to work with and communicated things to do around town. Loved our stay! Thanks. Go Buckeyes!

Relaxation at its best

From my first inquiry about their condo all the way through checkout, Sue was gracious and accommodating. The place was amazing, clean, comfortable and a great location. 20 steps to the pool out the back screened in lanai or 100 yards to picnic tables overlooking the harbor waterfront out the front door. I thoroughly enjoyed my month there and would not hesitate to return. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect fit for our family

The condo opens up onto the swimming pool, which is just beyond what you can see in the pictures. Its a cozy place that fit what we needed perfectly. Restaurants and shopping centers are close by, and the appliances all worked perfectly. The owner is super nice, too!!!

Two Month Stay in Apollo Beach

Stayed in this condo for two months. A little dated but very comfortable. Friendly neighbors. Met owners - very likeable, friendly and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, comfortable condo central to Apollo Beach.

We stayed in this cozy townhome for 7 weeks during a stay in Apollo Beach near friends and family. Nice size bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Plenty of closet space. Like new washer and dryer. Balcony upstairs, Lanai downstairs. Like new TVs in bedrooms and Living area with basic cable. No wifi available. Kitchen has all the basics. One assigned parking space. Although not on the waterfront, it is a short walk behind an adjacent building to a picnic area on the water. Easy walk to Circles, a local waterfront restaurant and tiki bar where live music is available often. Grocery, shopping, eateries are also a short drive. Owners are responsive to any issues or concerns. We would stay here again when in the area!

Wonderful condo, quiet area

My husband was in the area for a couple months for work. This was absolutely perfect for him! The O'Neils were as friendly and helpful as anyone could want, the condo had everything and was well laid out with lots of closets and storage. Apollo Beach seemed very safe and quiet, which is VERY important for longer stays! I would absolutely recommend for work or a nice, long vacation!
