About 4 miles from MacDill air force base.
Relatively close to the best shops and restaurants in town; Bern's Steakhouse, International Plaza, Downtown Tampa, Channelside District and Ybor City. This quaint place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers. Open floor plan with a backyard & park across the street.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel and get a full refund up to 30 days before your arrival date. Please note that this home has an HOA and last minute changes are not allowed, therefore we have a Cancellation Policy in place for this reason. If you cancel after the 30 day window, you get 50% refund up to 15 days before your check in date. If you cancel anytime after the 15 day window, you will lose your reservation and funds will no longer be refundable. NOTE: in the event that there are travel restrictions or natural disasters we will work with you to reschedule your trip up to 120 days from your check in date. THANK YOU.

Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Only registered guests are allowed.
Pets are allowed subject to approval by the host and a pet fee (assistance/support animals must be disclosed at time of booking as we require certificates to waive fees). Gatherings, parties, events and smoking is not allowed. Violators are subject to penalties.

We are very available during our guests' stay. While we are not on site, we can be reached via text at any time. Respecting our guests' privacy and wishes is our top priority. We welcome the opportunity to assist our guests by making restaurant/shopping recommendations, sharing favorite things to do in the area, and helping with transportation, etc.

Not a home away from home!
The owner of this property did up grade the apartment but misses the mark on making it a home away from home. I left the place better than when I walked in. I bought and left for the next person a few items that should have been there already. The pictures are not what we found when we arived and putting a statement that "some items may be different" is not acceptable. I will not be renting this again. I am being very nice in this review.

Tampa Swann Street
I was notified after 4 pm on Friday that my rental was not available due to plumbing issues. We were moved to an upstairs apartment unit on Swann Street. The noise was terrible, there was very limited parking, street lights shining in at night and I just had spinal surgey making the steps very difficult. It was not the stay I planned or booked.
