"Staff were very helpful arranging taxis etc. It is a very tranquil setting and loved to return to the peace and quiet after a busy few hours in the Souks. It didn't appear very busy but that might be because of the layout of the riads and tentes scattered around the grounds. Lovely gardens and opool area/ Rooms were a little dark but I think that was the nature of them. Good breakfasts and meals; in fact there was good service at all times. I would recommend this haven to everyone. Only one...

"Our stay at Riad Sougtani was fantastic and I recommend a stay here for everyone. It is a gorgeous property with beautiful gardens and a wonderful pool. Our stay was made really special and memorable due to all the warm and lovely people who work at the riad, who would go above and beyond to make sure all of our wants and desires were met. The breakfast was so delicious, sitting in the lovely garden, and dinner was so special with candles lit, fountain gurgling, sitting under the Morroccan sky....

"The hotel does not exist!!!! We went to the indicated place and there was no hotel. When contacting the number on the booking we were told that the hotel was sold 1 year ago and no longer hosts people, she said she had no agreement with hotels.com. 5pm NYE we were stranded in the Agafay desert and had to sleep in the car at 5 degrees outside!!! P.s at the time the hotel was still available to be booked the same night on hotels.com and other platforms. Thanks for ruining our new years trip. "
