"Nice location, nice building, nice pool. Good potential in general but the 4 condos we rented for our family getaway to Cebu fell short on cleanliness and general upkeep. "

"スリッパは使い捨てを使い回し。シャワーが時間帯で弱い。シーツも前の宿泊者から取り替えていない？ 18時以降はコンシェルジュおらず、チェックインに苦労した。（鍵が見当たらず、悪戦苦闘）"

"セミダブル２台のはずが、セミダブルい1台とシングル1台でした。シャワーが使えず、蛇口からのお湯で対応。ゴキブリ、部屋にあるモップから納豆臭。周りの環境やスタッフの対応の良さを考えるととても残念です。近隣にホテルもあるので同額程度なら２度とコンドミニアムは利用しません。"

"Close to the beach. Its a huge property so walking to the beach will take a good 5 to 7minutes. The location is central to a lot of restaurants. This is about an hour to downtown cebu."
