一樓室外有一張摺疊桌，聊天很方便。騎樓空間可以停機車或自行車，對於騎車旅行的朋友相當友善。 我住的房間浴室是陽台改建，並不是真正的浴室，空間較小，淋浴的時候要站在馬桶前，不太方便。

整體上是好的～老闆人也超好 但唯一缺點就是洗手台沒有熱水 也沒有冰箱 但不介意的人 可以來住喔！很乾淨

建議需自備交通工具，機車尤佳，方便去吃附近的好吃美食，距離市中心及前往其他地方都很方便，居住地於住宅區內，很安全 附近有一間二手書店（晃晃），適合久待，可以玩店外浪貓以及被店貓環繞，適合愛貓人士～
