"The hotel definitely is not 4 stars. It is outdated and nothing has been replaced in years. Our shower curtain had mold on it. The TV and fridge barely work. There were only three other guests there when we stayed. The hotel is massive, so this was concerning. The lights on our floor were cut off completely in the hallway, which was not safe. I do not recommend this hotel. "

Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail. This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. "This place is NOT great! There is no service or support. The reception clerk was awful! We got to wait until she finished her conversation with her friend. The place was deserted! NO STAFF! We requested dinner and felt so uncomfortable that we ate it in our room. When we woke in the morning, no breakfast was provided... was supposed to be included in the monster price paid for the room. NO ONE WAS AWAKE WHEN WE LEFT. We didn’t leave until 7:30 AM. It was one of the weirdest experiences...
