"To begin, Finding the key box was very difficult because the box is concealed behind a bush ( a local resident had to guide us)-never try this in the dark as it would be impossible to find it, many yards from the building where the unit is located. Then, once one makes it to the 8 th floor of building “ C” ( buildings are not clearly marked by the way) the key does not open the door. It’s unfortunately that simple: an impossible task for a paid guest to use the premises advertised & paid for....

"What an amazing property! Outdoor space with pool, BBQ, dining table and sun loungers was used frequently. All bedrooms were a good size. View from the upper terrace was breathtaking. The walk to Luz beach gave us our daily exercise. "The location it was not where it supposed to be. I realy needed to stay in Nelas. In your site, the place is in Nelas. Thats the reason I booked at the first place. And even at the Google Maps it shows the place as it it in Nelas. But the fact is that it is not in the village I wanted. So I could not stay at the place. I had to move to another place with extra charge. I hope I could refund me because the information I had for the booking is not correct. Kind regards"
