Put that together with tasteful seaside furnishings, luxurious lounges, and two entertaining areas, and you have a recipe for beachside bliss.

The entry to these modern Coogee apartments is via a sleek foyer, where you can admire the cool artwork before taking the lift up to your floor.As soon as you enter the beautifully appointed living area you'll realise that this room forms the heart of this home,open the doors onto the balcony, and enjoy the warm ocean breeze.Luckily you don't have to go too far to grab a glass of something cold to enjoy because the sleek, state of the art Modern caesarstone kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, Nespresso machine is just a few steps away as you head back inside.Further inside you'll find the three bedrooms, accessed via a set of stairs, a laundry room, cloakroom and family bathroom.

Great spot-noisy at night
Great location for everything. The catch is that made it noisy at night when the pub emptied out. Also the lovely glass windows in the master showed signs of visiting pigeons. Advertised as 2 bath, but 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. Property managers were lovely and responsive and keen to make our stay enjoyable. Would use these agents again.
