Designed and furnished lavishly on 2 floors with an exceptional high standard, this hidden away precious maisonette is the ideal home away from home. Here, you and your loved ones, will enjoy indoor and outdoor magical moments. It's location is central and viable all over the island with public bus transport very close-by. Parking is not a problem and is free.

Situated just steps away from all the popular sites of Paceville, St George's Bay, St Julian's and Sliema this place is literally just minutes away from everywhere else, also on the island. The central location of this spectacular maisonette is second to none.

Having vast additional luxuries in this dwelling, you will find a large Stone Palazetti BBQ Grill on the roof garden. This area also accommodates guests with a comfy lounged relaxing outdoor area, a trendy bar table and several bar stools for alfresco dining and drinking or smoking. The indoor cooking and dining areas are lavishly combined and fully equipped to cater for and seat up-to nine guests. Two balconies on the first floor further provide more outdoor smoking areas. A diverse-angled 50inch TV screen enables direct connection to your laptop on HDMI for movie watching.

The master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous and also comprises a 42' TV and a very large walk in wardrobe. All the beds are super comfy with numerous pillows, cushions, quilts and throws. The main bathroom is large, enjoys a large bath tub and a large walk-in shower and wash hand basin. Bath and beach towels are also provided.

A safe is available for safe keeping of your valuables. The maisonette is built at a corner on two floors and enjoys an abundance of natural light. Black-out blinds on all windows for a good nights' sleep. Hi-Speed WIFI is throughout the premises on all floors including outdoors on the roof garden. Each floor is supplied with a WIFI booster for utmost internet performance.
