The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the dining table seats up to 6 people. To enjoy your meals outdoors, you are offered direct access to the balcony with a table for 6 people. There are also 3 modern and bright bedrooms on this level, 2 of which have en suite bathrooms, while the third bathroom is right next door. One of the bedrooms even has its own balcony with direct access from the room - just like in a hotel!
The first and second floors have a similar layout, and on the second floor the living room, kitchen and dining room, with a dining table for up to 8-10 people, form an open and airy space with direct access to the balcony, which is also furnished with a table for 6 people. There are two further tastefully furnished bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a bathroom right next to the room.

This area was famous for the summer residences of noble families, as evidenced by the landmark Borelli House with Arboretum and Borelli Park, named after the noble family of the same name.
There are also numerous options for day trips. Enjoy the historic centre of Zadar, where you will find the Church of St. Donatus and attractions such as the Greeting to the Sun and the Sea Organ.
