"We loved our stay at Rushton Hall and will be returning as soon as we can. The building itself is extremely beautiful and you feel like you’re stepping into history. The grounds are lovely for a walk (although would be nice to have more outside lighting at night, as it was very dark trying to walk around after dinner). The spa has excellent facilities - the swimming pool is warm (which is rare!) with a comfy hot jacuzzi and dry and wet sauna/steam rooms, and plenty of beds around the swimming pool. We stayed in the Cedar room - The bedroom was spacious and comfy, with a large bed, smart TV and great coffee facilities. The bathroom has a large power-shower, and a bath with its own TV. The only thing that would’ve made it better would be to have a small fridge with cold drinks. The restaurant and bar were great with an excellent breakfast. Overall it was a fantastic stay, and we are excited to return! "

The standout features of my stay included buffet breakfast which truly elevated the overall experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and professionally. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in both the room and the shared spaces. Overall, I would rate my stay 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend Novotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay with family. I look forward to returning in the future."
