Orchard House is a private ranch style home built in the middle of a beautiful orchard with a jaw-dropping view of the sea. The home is surrounded by magnificent views of the sea, olive trees, infinity pool, frog pond, island breeze and a beautiful garden full of fresh produce just for you to use. Looking for a bit of privacy? No problem! The vast property is secluded. It is situated in a family orchard protected by stonewalls and a gate. Orchard House is a perfect destination to relax from tip to toe. Have your most memorable holiday every - utter paradise!

This house has a delightfully spacious. The floor to ceiling doors that go along the entire front of the room allow you to take in nature's beautiful sunsets, views of the sea and olive trees while lounging on the enormous indoor sofa. The extravagant pool has not one, but three levels - a Jacuzzi trickles into the shallow end of the pool, while gently sloping into the deeper end of the infinity pool. Pure bliss! The pool lounge area is built from world famous stone from Brac. There is plenty of room to chill in the shade or soak up some hot rays of Croatian sun on the sun terrace.

The ground floor of this glorious house has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, wonderful BBQ with a patio area covered with stone from the island, very comfortable living room and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The upstairs master suite includes a roomy bedroom with a large en-suite shower room, private sun terrace and even a hot tub with a magnificent view! Just imagine the beauty at night! The ground floor leads you onto the pool terrace, dining patio and breathtaking sea & orchard views. At night you can enjoy the colorful lights from distant Split or gaze into the stars while relaxing on the patio furniture.

Slice of heaven in Brac
Villa Sea Orchard stole our hearts. I wish I was still sitting on that roof terrace watching the incredible view over the water and hills as the sun set. Everything is perfect. The Villa and pool area are spotlessly clean and you have all you need for a blissful holiday. We made great use of the gorgeous pool and the outdoor dining area with bbq. Boris is a wonderful host. Warm and welcoming on arrival and quick to respond to every question. Sutivan restaurants and bars are a 15-20 minute walk away and a lovely taxi driver called Andrea would drive us home at night to save us the walk uphill in the dark. Honestly can’t say enough good things. We didn’t want to leave this gorgeous place!

Beautiful Brac villa
Great stay, in a lovely villa surrounded by orchards. We enjoyed tomatoes melons, figs and limes, but there were loads of other fruits and veg ripening. An easy 15 minutes walk down into Sutivan, which is a really pretty harbour town. A harder 20 mins back up the hill! The villa is well equipped in general, though could do with some hanging space for clothes in the master bedroom. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Boris was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely modern villa in a stunning location
We enjoyed a great week at this lovely villa - the pool set-up was perfect for families, the younger ones can splash in the shallower pool very safely. The view is second to none! And the air conditioning was much appreciated in the heat wave. Boris was very helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful villa
Stayed at Boris’ amazing villa with my adults children. The location is very private, set amidst olive and fruit trees, with spectacular views of the sea and Croatian mainland ( sea and mountains). The villa is just as described, with high spec fixtures and very well equipped for relaxing in several areas outside and in, around the bbq, or the pool, or on the first floor enormous terrace with hot tub. Beds are all very comfortable and everything was spotless. Boris cleans the pool several times a week, but is not intrusive at all, he was so kind and nothing was too much. Sutivan, a lovely 15 mins walk ( a couple of steep hills), is a small and beautiful friendly harbour town with pebble beaches (rubber shoes v useful), several restaurants and bars. All was ideal, so relaxing and we thoroughly recommend this villa as it was in every way the perfect place.

Lovely, stylish place & a great host
I almost don't want to give a good review so other people don't book it when we want it in the future! Seriously, it's a spacious, clean property with amazing view over to Split. I'm already missing sitting up on the terrace with a glass of wine watching the lights twinkling. Boris is a really nice host who came to meet us, twice offered to come over right away for a couple of issues (our fault not his) and wated to know everything was ok. The villa is really well stocked too, in terms of things like plates, cups, cutlery, utensils. Aircon works well and the gardens are really nice and well kept. You can pick your own fruit & vegetables. Highly recommended and thank you Boris!

Great views from a comfortable villa
The villa is located on a hill with steep access. However the house and the views from the terraces and the pool area beats everything. You have a fool package: infinity pool, sea and mountains and all of that in a beautiful surrounding of the olive orchard. We were two families with kids who enjoyed the pool area very much. You have slowly descending pool to the main pool which is great if you have smal kids. The house is quite new so there are absolutely no objections to the fit out. The host - Boris is really friendly and helpful. Great place overall. Recommended. P.S. EnjoyIng the fresh figs from the garden in the morning with a cup of coffee - what a great start of the day!

A really lovely place
My family had a very enjoyable week at this lovely modern villa., enjoying the lovely pool and the jacuzzi. Boris visited early each morning to make sure the pool was clean and was always extremely friendly and helpful. The property is surrounded by olive, fig and lime trees as well as having a productive vegetable patch. It was lovely being able to feast on freshly picked figs, tomatoes and courgettes and to add a fresh lime to a nice cool beer! We definitely hope to return soon

Beautiful villa and Sutivan is a perfect fishing village
This villa is such a great location and Boris the owner was an excellent host, he fixed the small issues we had promptly and was very contactable when needed. The children picked, tomatoes and figs and grapes from the garden, the swimming pool was cleaned every day and the accommodation was great. Sutivan is a great village with a harbour, supermarket a few great restaurants and clear blue water. Allow some extra time for the ferry there and back in August but otherwise I couldn’t recommend this villa and Brac enough.

What a wonderful stay! The property Is gorgeous, and the perfect combonation of close to Sutivan but quiet and peaceful. Boris was a brilliant host - always available and helpful with all requests however varied. Thank you for a brilliant time!

Spectacular
This beautiful home is even more spectacular than the photos. The house was spotlessly clean and well- equipped. The views are just incredible, and it is very private. The grounds are beautiful, and the 3 year old enjoyed picking grapes, figs, and all sorts of other fruits and vegetables. She also enjoyed the swing set (which could use a shade structure over it), trampoline and frog pond. We spent almost all our time in the pool, which has a wide variety of pool toys, and which Boris cleans every morning. It was very hot while we were there so the pool was wonderfully refreshing. While we could not get WiFi to work while we were there, we did have cellular coverage. Boris is very responsive and a wonderful host. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Stunning Property
The property is perfect in every way. It is in a quiet location but in easy reach of amenities and to explore local towns. The house is very well-equipped and beautifully designed to capture the amazing views. It was good for the children to learn about the eco-running of the house and to appreciate the environment. They also enjoyed the garden produce!The varying levels of the pool are well thought out along with the seating areas. Boris warmly welcomed us and was at hand if we needed him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Villa Sea Orchard .

Fantastic!
Clean, modern and spacious. The villa is exactly like the photos. 360 degree views of the sea, mountains and olive groves. Us and our four children absolutely loved it. Pool and garden is maintained daily. Amazing garden dripping with tomatoes, peppers, melons, aubergine, courgette, fig, limes. 20 minute walk to the town centre and beach. Great bakery and adventure centre http://www.aldura-sport.hr/ in town. Sutivan was our favourite town on the whole island. Brac is an amazing place to stay and everyone was so friendly. We were well looked after in the villa. Our only complaint is that the jacuzzi on the roof terrace didn't work for the two weeks we were staying there which was a shame.

Just amazing!
We absolutely loved the Sea Orchard villa... true paradise! We were more than comfortable and Boris made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating. We loved the outside area where the children could play and the adults could enjoy the BBQ. Superb!

Tolles Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger und abgeschiedener Lage, leider aber in die Jahre gekommen.
Erst einmal muss man wirklich sagen, dass Boris ein sehr zuvorkommend, netter und angenehmer Gastgeber ist. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebungen, ohne jegliche Nachbarn, mit einem fantastischen Blick von der großen Dachterrasse auf das Meer. Die Zuwegung kann mit einem tieferen sportlichen KFZ nicht befahren werden, da hier schon erhebliche Schlaglöcher und Unebenheiten vorhanden sind. Nachts hat man einen breiten Ausblick auf das Lichtermeer von Split. Man ist in wenigen Autominuten in der nächstgelegen Ortschaft, wo man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und wunderschöne nicht überlaufene Steinstrände findet. Der Pool ist auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet, da dieser in den ersten Metern nur langsam Tiefer wird, Wasserspaß vorhanden. Auch schönen Grillabenden steht nichts im Weg, durch die Massivgemauerte Grillecke. Leider: Das Haus ist leider erheblich in die Jahre gekommen, und hat einige unschöne Abnutzungserscheinungen, was leider mit der vorhandenen Hausbeschreibung und Bilder nur entfernet etwas zu tun hat. Küchenschubladen fallen heraus,Silkonfugen in den Bädern sind verschimmelt, Fliesen verunreinigt durch Kalk. Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn nicht trinkbar, Hinweisschild vom Eigentümer angebracht. Gelbe Wasserflecken und frische Wasserflecken nach Regen an Deckenflächen im Bereich Wohn und Esszimmer. Bei Regen hatten wir zweimalig einen Stromausfall. Mäuse im Lüftungskanal. Die Eingangstür ist eine schwergängige Terrassentür. Pool hat defekt Lampen usw

Der Pool und der Ausblick 😍
Das Haus ist grundlegend in einem guten Zustand. Ja, hier und da gibt es Dinge, die wir Deutschen anders machen würden aber prinzipiell ist es eine sehr gute Unterkunft für uns gewesen. Wir haben 15 Tage in Sutivan verbracht und haben die Pro- und Contraseite erfahren. Ein dickes fettes Pro ist der Pool. Ein unglaublich toller Pool der für alle gleichermaßen Badespaß bietet. Durch den seichten eingang in den Pool hat man ein gewisses 'Meergefühl'. Der Pool hat einen mega ausblick auf die Adria und auf das kroatische Festland. Ebenso ist die Terrasse im Obergeschoss eine richtige augenweide. Sterne und Sternschnuppen gucken macht hier richtig viel Spaß. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ja, die Küche hat lockere Schieber oder ist teilweise kaputt aber wenn man bedenkt, wer dort schon alles 'gewohnt' hat und sich vielleicht nicht wie zu hause benimmt, geht es. Kommen wir zu den Contras: Zwischen dem Obergeschoss und dem Erdgeschoss gibt es keine Tür!!! Das fanden wir sehr störend. Man hat als Paar keine Privatsphäre und hört alles was unten 'abgeht'. Wir waren zwei Familien die mit einem Säugling und zwei älteren Kindern gereist sind. Wenn man vielleicht mal ausgeschlafen möchte, wird das wirklich schwer. Leider ging das aus der Unterkunftsbeschreibung nicht hervor. Auch störend fanden wir, dass die Klima im Obergeschoss nicht richtig lief. Es war teilweise sehr heiß. Die Lüftung im oberen Bad war sehr laut und störend.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in toller Umgebung
Das Haus liegt abseits am Berg mitten in einem großen Olivenhain. ( deshalb Auto zu empfehlen) Toller Blick aufs Meer, Riesen- Terrasse, toller Pool, großer , heller, offener Wohnzimmer- Essbereich + Küche. 3 Schlafzimmer, das größere ist oben, kleines Manko..wegen der Dachschräge gibts keinen Schrank, nur eine Kommode. Vor dem Haus ist ein Fischteich mit nettem Froschkonzert. ( leises Geträller) Einfach genial ist die himmlische Ruhe, es stört keiner, und man selbst stört auch nicht, man kann auch mal die Musik aufdrehen am Pool.. Boris war regelmäßig da, um den Pool zu reinigen usw. . Er war jederzeit zu erreichen für kleine Anfragen. Auf seine Empfehlung hin haben wir ein tolles Grillrestaurant gefunden. Es war insgesamt ein sehr entspannter, schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Genialer Aufenthalt!
Alles in Allem war es ein super Aufenthalt! Die Bilder sind leider nicht mehr brand aktuell, die Villa ist schon ein paar Jährchen älter. Borsi würden wir empfehlen ein paar Euro zu investieren und etwas zu renovrieren. (Farbe vom Pool blättert teilweise ab, Schubladen in der Küche fallen teilweise auseinander, offene Wände bzgl. Kabeln zu TV etc.) Das ist aber auch evt. nur etwas, was uns "deutsche" gestört hat ;) Das Haus ist unglaublich toll abgelegen. KEINE DIREKTEN NACHBARN! Laute Musik und Geschrei konnten wir uns also Tag & Nacht erlauben. Meerblick vom Pool + Dachterasse aus. Der Weg zum Haus lies sich mit unserem SUV & AMG gut bewältigen. Tiefer gelegte oder extrem teure Autos - obacht! Der Weg ist nicht geteert, minimal steil, kurvenreich & teils zugewuchert. Die Ortschaften Sutivan & Supetar waren innerhalb max. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auf der Insel bekamen wir alles was wir brauchten. Das Haus selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet, funktionierte auch alles. Ein paar Tiere & Insekten bleiben in diesem grünen Paradies nicht aus. Fast keine Wespen! Der Kontakt mit Boris war super & schnell, bekamen immer Hilfe wenn wir etwas brauchten. Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Wir kommen wieder.

Erholung pur!
Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Die Anreise ist ein wenig holprig, da die Villa relativ abgelegen liegt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum. Ebenso haben Boris und Rozalija an alles gedacht! Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war sehr einfach. Der Naturreich, die Olivenbäume und der Gemüsegarten geben das besondere Flair. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Man kann ganz gut in die „Stadt“ bzw. zum Hafen runterlaufen.

Traumhaftes Haus
Unser Urlaub war ein Traum. Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, wenn man Ruhe haben möchte. Von der Ausstattung her gibt es keine offenen Wünsche. Alles ist vorhanden und in einem super Zustand. Der Vermieter ist total hilfsbereit und immer sofort zur Stelle. Wir konnten den Urlaub wirklich genießen! Gerne kommen wir wieder! Klare Empfehlung. Perfekter Urlaub für uns
Zufahrt zum Grundstück: Ist etwas herausfordernd wie auch einige Straßen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Jedoch nichts was nicht auch mit einem normalen PKW zu bewältigen wäre. (Nichts für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge) Lage: Für Leute die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen, jedoch auch den einen oder anderen Tag am Meer oder mit Besichtigungen von Sehenswürdigkeiten verbringen wollen, genau das Richtige. Grundstück & Haus: Riesiges auf einer Anhöhe gelegenes Grundstück mit Meerblich und durchdacht angelegten Garten. Olivenbäume, Gemüsegarten, Lavendel und ein kleiner Teich der die Gelsen größtenteils vom Haus fern hält. Ein sehr schöner Pool mit Flachwasserzone für Kinder. Spielplatz mit Trampolin, Tischtennistisch und Volleyballplatz sind ebenso vorhanden. Zum Haus: Top ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, sehr großzügige Räume, drei gleichwertige Schlafzimmer , zwei Bäder mit Toilette und als Draufgabe am Dach ein Whirlpool für zwei Personen unter freiem Himmel mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Eine schattige Terrasse mit gemauertem Grill, den wir selbst zweimal verwendet haben. Zum Vermieter: Boris und Rozalija sind sehr hilfsbereit und erklären bei der Ankunft alles wichtige. Sie sind jederzeit erreichbar, Boris reinigt jeden zweiten Tag den Pool ohne die Gäste dabei zu stören. Resümee: für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub, wo wir nicht nur toll entspannen konnten, sondern auch die schöne Insel ein wenig erkundet haben. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielleicht kommen wir selber nochmals dorthin zurück.

Perfect Holiday
Die Perfekte Villa um zu entspannen und zu genießen. Der Eigentümer Boris hat und sehr gute Tipps gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt.

Traumhaftes Haus umgeben von Olivenbäumen
Wir wahren 15 Tage vor Ort. Es ist ein sehr schönes geräumiges großes Haus in einer schönen verlassenen Gegend umgeben von vielen Oliven Bäumen. Wenn jemand Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Boris ist der Vermieter und kümmert sich um alles. Er hat jeden Tag den Pool gereinigt ( bevor wir aufgestanden sind )er hatte auch frische Bettwäsche gebracht nach einer Woche. Die Waschmaschine gab leider seinen Geist auf bei uns, eine Nachricht an Boris und am nächsten morgen gabs schon eine neue Maschine der Wahnsinn. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht Geschirr Teller Tassen alles ist genügend da für mehr als 8 Personen ( wir waren mit 6 vor Ort.) Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden. Wir werden wieder kommen und ein persönlichen Dank an Boris der sich super um uns gekümmert hat. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Danke für alles.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit einem schönen Weitblick
Ein tolles Haus mit super Aufteilung für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern und Großeltern. Schöner Pool und einen super Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt Split. Absolute Ruhe und ungestört sein ist hier wunderbar möglich. Der Vermieter ist super, alles hat hervorragend funktioniert. Immer wieder gerne!
