This hotel was in a perfect location because we traveled on spring break. The south beach area so overly packed with partiers. It was impossible to dine in any of the restaurants or lay out on the beach. Surfside was away from all this chaos!

Good facility, excellent location, beautiful beach...but totally incompetent staff on all sides. they needs to fix their service. fast.

Great place for families. easy to get around Miami Beach by either bus trolly or uber. quiet enough but if you want to go other places its very easy to get around!
