Tucked into the gated west end of Holden Beach, you’ll find this charming, waterfront home, the ideal choice for your next family or group getaway. Wake in time for a spectacular sunrise from your wraparound porch, then brew some coffee and relax for a while - why not? You’re on vacation.

Inside, you’ll find high, wood-paneled ceilings, lots of natural light, and an open plan that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The chef will love the modern, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can eat together at the window-front table. When you’re ready to head to the beach, you’ll find direct access via the public path on the right side of the home. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower on the patio, then have an afternoon snooze in the shady hammock. Keep dinner prep simple with the gas grill and plan a family cookout. Spend evenings relaxing in the central AC while you stream the latest release, or step out to a local restaurant for dinner if you don’t want to cook. No worries if you can’t agree on a program - each of the four bedrooms has a TV too, as well as direct deck access and an en suite bathroom. It’s time to make memories on the Carolina coast - all that’s left to do is book.

House is under contract, so lots of things missing.

We had to spend 5 of the days troubleshooting problems. Lots of missing items.No window treatments in 2 of the bedrooms. Looks like house is ready to turn over, so things are gone that were advertised.

The house has a perfect location with great views with no crowds on the beach. We had plenty of room to gather at the house both inside and out. We loved the layout of the house with all the rooms on one level. It is beautifully decorated and clean. It could use a new fridge and new mattresses, but we will be back next year.

Great spot for a family vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. Beautiful views of the ocean from the nice big wrap around porch. Kitchen was fully stocked, lots of linens, beach chairs, and bicycles available. Easy walk to beach on public access mat walkway next to porch. Great open floor plan with everything on one floor (once you climb the foyer stairs). Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect long weekend

We loved this house for our girls trip! It was clean and well appointed, including comfortable furniture and beds. The view of the ocean from the open kitchen/living/dining room was stunning. We especially enjoyed the short, easy walk to the beach and it was so relaxing sitting on the back deck at night listening to the surf. Already planning our next stay!

Week of family fun

It was great having the ocean just outside the door and a panoramic view of the beach from the main room all day. Everyone visited the beach everyday. We found beautiful shells and even shark's teeth.

Spectacular Views

This home has spectacular ocean views with a great back deck area with lots of space. Lots of windows to enjoy the ocean views from inside. Living room furniture very comfortable. Kitchen adequately stocked. Our family had a great week and made wonderful memories. We would consider returning if maintenance issues were addressed and master bedroom bedding were updated.

This house was perfect for a reunion of old friends. We had the best time. House was great-only could not find a full deck of cards.... no see'ms were tough, but nothing could be done about that. Highly recommend this home for a nice time-felt very safe, everything on one level (once you got up the steps).

Loved this house! The view is terrific.

The house is well-maintained and very comfortable. There were PLENTY OF TOWELS, etc. We would rent this house again, but we would need to use the lift. One of us is on a walker. We don't have children in the house or pets.

Panoramic oceanfront view!

There would be too much to list. The tasteful decor, the spacious deck and teak table and chairs. The complimentary sheet & towel service with beds made upon arrival. It was our best rental experience in our 13 years of vacationing at Holden Beach. The extra fridge downstairs and wine cooler in the kitchen were used more than we anticipated.

November beach time is great

Perfect time to go to the beach, offseason and mild temps. This house comfortably accommodates 9 Senior Adults. The stairs to the main floor were a bit challenging esp when moving in and out. The use of the elevator would have been welcomed. The beach access is delightful. We found some of the amenities wanting and directly communicated that to the owners. No show stoppers, we'll rent again. All our guests said their beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Large group dining was a plus. The view from the deck is exactly what is represented in the photos. This place is fairly priced. Bring enough extra ice, coffee (and the fixins) and food so you never have to go off island!

Beautiful Beach Home. Vacasa’s customer service - Poor

The house is beautiful. The view of the ocean was amazing. The screen doors need to be replaced, the hot water heater was set with a timer and caused issues the entire time. Vacasa did not send the instructions to access the property prior to check in. When I called Vacasa about the hot water heater, I was asked to troubleshoot the problem....

Beautiful home! Mostly.

Overall, we very much loved this home. The kitchen and living space are superb and the deck, perfection. What we didn't love is that the home was in a state when we visited. One bedroom had holes in the wall. In another room where most of the windows are do not work, the screen on the door was torn meaning that leaving the door open was not an option, either. Heavy condensation from the AC in the master bath meant that we had to leave a bowl on the floor. The closets are full of stuff and mostly unusable. The beds aren't particularly comfortable. Lastly, there was a tarp on the roof and a plank missing from the ceiling. Ultimately, it was all fairly minor stuff and certainly none of it ruined our vacation, but I felt that maybe we weren't getting what we paid for.

Beautiful views

We absolutely loved the setup of this home! It had amazing views of the sunrise, sunset and the beach, all from the living room! The living space was open and allowed for us to be together, but have some space to do our own thing. There are several things that need to be maintained, it's just an older house that has some things that need to be replaced/fixed. The fridge leaked, there was an entire wall and a half of outlets that did not work, which did not allow us to use the cable tv in the living room, but Vacasa had a ticket to get it fixed, so it will likely not be an issue any longer, leaky shower and toilet, broken toilet paper holder etc. nothing huge, but just things that need to be addressed. We had a few other things that weren't right, but Vacasa was super helpful and quick to resolve any issues they could. It was below freezing for the first couple days we were there, so their maintenance team was busy with things from that...but they really were so friendly and quick to resolve what they could. We will definitely be staying again!
