"Our stay was brief, just overnight. However, the customer service we received went above and beyond. At 9:45pm I called the manager on duty, Wendy, and explained that I had been calling for an hour and no taxi companies would answer their phones and Uber said there were no rides available between 6 & 7am the following morning. I was beside myself as four of us needed to catch a flight at 8:30am. Wende kindly offered to make two airport trips...one at 5:30 and one at 6am so we didn't miss our flight! She also made us a bagged breakfast of a ham & egg sandwich, an orange, and a juice box. Wish we could have stayed longer! The facilities were clean and our room very nice. Thank you, Wendy!"
